I dont need a domain, just a free host that can let me ad PHP, 3000mb.com is not working for me, is there another site?

try Freeola.com - Unlimited disk space / e-mail addresses. If you don't have a domian you can use one of theres (Free1000) domain names i.e.
ukdots.com - so yours would be myname.ukdots.com.
However - you will need to either connect to there servcie either through there ADSL or their Dial-Up connections in order to:
A: Upload files to your website
B: Send emails form any addresses associated with your freeola domain

Er. You really didn't look around that site very well. Within two seconds I found the free hosting section of it, here (http://freeola.com/myfreeola-control-panel/).

I tried one of these free hosts which allowed dialup access and you had to upload via the telephone or ADSL service that they provided... Well it cost me dearly £45 in total, the cheeky *ankers charged me on the 'Local lo-call' rate number that they advertised as 1p a minute... My ass it was, I was being charged by the telco a whopping £1.50 a minute.
Telco companys can easily enforce a higher rate on your line, especially if they want you to use internet.
Watch yourself, you will find that PAYING for professional hosting is far far cheaper than you realize, one host I have looked at charges $2.95 pcm for all the PHP and MySQL you can eat, no bandwidth limits and I think that I have access to 39,000,000 email addresses, 500 Domains & as many Sub Domain, 50 MySQL databases and the goodie bag goed on...
So your free dialup ADSL Whatever will cost you allot if you have to keep on uploading and updating.

Here... try http://www.byethost.com I have used them as a host to test my site and they are not bad. They support PHP/MySQL. They place 2 ads on the top of the page and best of all, they are free!

It took me around 20 min before my acct way active, Check your email for info.. All so, use a ftp client to upload files. The web based one sucks!
