This's a normal website but I think there should be a powerful software behind to recognise the (race no)BIB no. on the pictures.

Add a "doctype" at the beginning and then validate your code.

There's no need for frames with that design. Get rid of them. And you're only 3 errors away from validating- get it there.

This is more of a personal preferance from a usability perspective. I find it awkward how the scrollbar for the overall site is attached to the blocks in the html instead of the more customary scrollbar as part of the browser window.

That's because of the frames. Get rid of them!
