adding a search feature to my website

Hello, i have a website and id like to add a feature that allows users to search through content and find a page that matches there entry. So similar to the way the forum works where a user might type in 'programming problem' and then results that match would show up.

Can anyone offer any support and maybe offer a few links on the subject.

Probably the easiest method would be to utalise Google's services.
