The navigation changes from section to section, it should be consistant.

If the welcome text on the home page has to be a graphic then make it a gif instead of a JPG - the file size should be smaller and there will be no blurryness.

Site of the month should open up a new window rather than take people away from your site. Same for the forum as there doesn't seem to be a link back to the main site.

I'm not sure what the sites about. What are the bulls/bears?

very less content, yeah there is a big issue with navigation!!
Hope u r working to get it fixed...

Add some good content and graphics
Need to work bit more on color scheme as well
