CSS footer keeps overlaping when i resize window

If you look at the page in a maximized window eveything (should) look great! But if you make that window smaller and smaller, the footer will continue to stay at the bottom of the window screen eventually ovelaping the content, i want it to stop right under the content. Any ideas how to fix this?

I'm guessing you have fixed this because overlapping is not happening.

Is this problem in any particular browser? Or maybe it's already fixed as suggested above?
