If i have a flash page that runs on a single page, i understand it is difficult to get it ranked on google.

my question is this, if i create another normal website and have a page that lets the user choose between a flash site and a normal website, would this be a good method to getting ranked in google?

or should i perhaps delete the flash site and go for the full website design.

Google reccomends that for every plash page, an html page is also created. What's tricky is that if you create a redirect script to send the user to the appropriate page, the page containing the script would have nothing on it except the script, and would therefore rank poorly in the SE's. Adobe has a "flash detection kit" that's usefull. I use a script that hides html beneath the flash content. This way the search engines can index my page and if the user doesn't have flash installed, they see my html content.
