Hey,
I was wondering if this is possible, I'm almost certain that it is so let me ask you... Well first let me explain what I'm trying to do. I am wanting to make a fish tank with fish inside floating around, (done), and I would like to design a outter casing (if you will), to give the impression that there is a window, or "outter casing". I assume making a layer which is atleast translucent, via .gif file would do the trick, but I am unaware of how to do such a thing. Remember I am trying to make it appear that the fish are swimming inside of a fish tank, so the picture layer must always be uptop, and if someone could avise me on how to do so, the help wold be greatly appreciated.

Thanks ahead,

but purhaps I may be able to reinterate better. Ok. here is what I want to take place.

I have three layers.

1. The underwater background. (layer 01)

2. The floating fish. (layer 02)

3. [This layer is what I need] The outter casing or a .gif file which looks like light reflecting off glass. (this layer will sit on top off all other layers to show an outter casing. (layer 03)

Now for Layer 03 I need a code that will make any picture file I choose take focus over all the other pictures or layers within the same window, so of course the picture I choose will over lap all the other pictures, etc. I hope I clarified myslef better this time and maybe you wont need a visual sample.

Thanks
