The online survey should have the following features :

1.It should be web based made available to outside world
2.The feedback should get logged in to a database
3.The application should have admin features for defining accounts and
projects.
4.It should have facility to send alerts and send submitted feedback as copy
to the relevant people.
5.It should have capability to export the contents for logging the same as a
proof in to VSS(Visual Source Safe) and for taking hard copy
