I have used a form of pyro's and it works great sending info back to my hotmail account but as soon as i change it to a different addy it does not send it there?

Its acc@chainlynk.com and it is hosted with doteasy do u think that its the host?

More than likely. I have this problem two other time. Once was with phpBB, and another was with vBulletin (not under my control). Both of them work, so it must be something with the sendmail. Not too sure why it happens...
