What packages do some of you web hosting providers use to track customers and billing?
I used Modernbill in the past and found it too be far too complicated for my simple hosting business. I only have about 30 customers and am really just offering hosting for design clients, I don't plan on making it a big part of my business.
I've looked at AccountLab Plus and Client Exec as well and both look pretty simple and easy. All I really need is the ability to let people signup online, pay invoices through paypal or pay through recurring subscriptions which both of these packages allow, just curious about anyone else's experience with either of these.
