Nice website. I really like the design. The logo itself fits the nature of your business perfectly. The page is written in valid html, which is good.

I would suggest doing some kind of roll-overs on the blue menu(all the links actually), also the plus sign made me feel like it would extend a link tree, but it didn't.

The PR of the website is 0/10.. which leads me to believe that this is a brand new website, correct?

I think the right hand links should be collapsable, as has been mentioned. That is a huge list of things for the user to navigate through, and really they could all be collapsed to save scrolling to find the section you want. It looks very professional though, nice and tidy :)

one more thing I just noticed... the three-link menu on the bottom-right part of the banner (home, sitemap, contact us) are a little blurry and dont really fit the surrounding... but yes, it's a very neat design overall. thumbs up!
