Project review

Hey all! I'm not looking for a website review, per se, as much as I would like people's thoughts/criticisms/problems with a project of mine, which you can catch here. Asteroids (http://neal.venditto.org/articles/86/svg-in-space/)

The game is made with SVG (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SVG) and Javascript, so of course it is not on the same level as Flash games (which is a much more mature technology, and actually target at games). What do you think of this on its own right?

There's only a minor thing missing: there's no oibvious way to restart. Sure F5 will do it and at the end hitting return does but it doesn't tell the user that when it's game over. A message that says hit return or F5 to restart would be fine. Also, perhaps a link underneath the game called quit or restart that refreshes the browser?

Yes, I probably should include instructions. If you pause and press enter, you can restart. I should probably have a

*Return
Restart

Menu when you pause.


Oh, and controls for those wondering (these can be changed in the Options menu)
