Website traffic analysis...

What do you guys use for website traffic analysis? We've used Statcounter until now but I'd rather use a more 'custom' solution which would be hosted on our own servers. Anyone know of any good scripts? Or can anyone give me any pointers?

I use LogRover. It's not free but it provides the best interface I've seen. I looked a long time before deciding on it. You can search dates and even compare dates with dual calendar interface.
