If you don't want to have ads paying for your web hosting and you don't want to pay for it yourself then what method do you want to use to pay for it? I think there is "free" hosting somewhere that hosts your pages ad-free in return for your answering a series of survey questions every day. There may be sites around offering other ways to "pay" for the "free" hosting as well but no one is going to give you web hosting unless they can make a profit from doing so.
