Member website review request

We have developed a free membership website and I would like to request the members here to review it and give me any input that may assist us in optimizing the site's useability.

first off, I would change all the flash player content to actual text that search engines can save. This will help when users search google, yahoo, msn, etc. flash is good, but it isn't everthing.

I really like the graphics used though.

I'm not crazy about all the noises your site makes. I find them distracting when trying to read your text.

The design is good, albeit the text is a bit small. You could, though, work on the coding. It's not the best: investigate CSS, rather than all the tables.

I agree, you have nice graphics but the text is not too readable
and yeah, if you want your site to be crawled by se, make it text based:)

Maybe not change but just add a "non-flash version" so the user has an option to view text or flash-based website.

I'm not much for the "NOISE" i know it's music to some, but it was too loud and the whole page in general was small and hard to read. Most folks out there don't have a clue how to get or use Flashplayer. I'd try something different that allows a choice.
