I notice that with IE7 all flash animations are treated as controls, so you always get a prompt asking to activate the control. The animation shows, but with dotted lines around it and there is an activation mouseover. Even if the flash is just an animation.

This looks like a real drawback to flash if you have to use JS to include a flash animation in your pages now.
