Okay I am going to be honest, so brace yourself...
First off you have two completely different styles rolled into one site, this is the first thing I noticed and it completely makes your site conflict.
Let me explain a little. You have like a futuristic interface/header with a minimalist content area style, then for some reason you throw in another futuristic looking image in the center. Two styles blended into one? it just isn't working.
I would advice you to go with one or the other, seeing as the interface is your main part and I swear I have seen that interface elsewhere, so you may have paid for it. Soooo your better off trying to make the whole site kind of interactive and futuristic looking, by all means make it minimal but do more work on making them blend together better and not look so different.
I think I explained that well enough for you to understand, if not feel free to slap me :)

I didn't understand the purpose of having the same exact navigation menu across the top and on the left side. I would get rid of one of them unless you change up the left side and use as a sub menu.

I do like the flash banner at the top. I understand why you have the two navigation: one the alternative to the one in the flash in case people don't have flash installed. Good idea. Maybe put the left side navigation at the bottom of the page, because it looks awkward having the exact same navigation system next to each other. But, I do understand the choice to put it where it is.
You do a good job of telling the user what your business offers.
One thing I have a problem with is the tactic you use to get people to click on the promotional offer. I clicked on the red x thinking it would close off the screen since it looks like a pop-up, but instead it's part of the link to the promotional page. Usually when I've run into that kind of tactic with other websites it will take me to an affiliate site or try to download a virus, and with that in mind, I was very close to clicking off your site when going to that page. Maybe you could use a better alternative to get people's attention your promotional page. Plus, your promotional page is kind of bland. There's no color or anything on it. I didn't even bother to read it because nothing stood out and caught my attention.
Also, the log-in box. I can't see the text fields, except the Username and Password. Maybe make it a little obvious that it's a box to type in the information because it's kinda confusing, especially the "log-in" tab. I accidentally clicked on it because it doesn't look like a normal tab. Maybe put a border around the login section and make the text fields obvious.
I like the live chat pop-up invite. Very nice way to get potential customers' attention and it makes your company seem user-focused. Very nice-looking site. It gives a high-tech, clean, and modern feel to it, and the information is laid out in a way that's easily understandable, and bearable to read. And it looks professional. Good job. :)

I liked the top of the page, shows attitude and work. Didn't like much else, especially the link to the add page. A little red x means exit... NOT enter. I had no problems opening the site with my browsers. Color is a matter of opinion so whatever you like is good.
I lost interest quickly after trying to view other things as the site itself went around in circles like a trap. I wouldn't go back.

Also maybe it would be better to use a fixed background on your gallery page
(my opinion anways)
