I had this idea of having this "online magazine" on my website using Adobe Acrobat. I want to know will this be a successful idea? If so, then How do I create Adobe Acrobat files and save them on my webserver?

Many sites now offer their magazines in PDF format. You can create them using Acrobat (expensive) or many different addins for Word, or other programs that will generate them. Be aware that many of the other programs will only change the format, you won't be able to edit the file. There are some that do that, I believe, I'm just not sure which ones. A search on Google should do the trick.

having an online magazine ONLY in pdf would be a difficult thing to market. You would have a difficult time getting the search engines to rank it. It is a good idea as a supplemental version of the content but I don't think it would work as the only version.
