Platform for personalized homepages + blogs

Greetings all,

I'm looking for a web-site framework (something like php nuke) to a new site.
The main requirements are:
1. Users will be able to create their own home-page, with pictures, publication, personal information and such, using online editor/management tools included in the platform.
2. In addition they will be able to maintain blogs.

There are many options in

But I didn'y find a suitable platform yet.

I'm not sure what more you want that is making the different choices you have seen not good enough.

Back when I was messing with CMS programs, I was a big fan of the PHPnuke/PostNuke systems and it looks like there are even more spinoffs available now.

Maybe if you offer up more details on what you are looking for (since the two you gave are satisfied by many systems) then someone can give more info.
