the forums are not made by me on it.

the tables and content arent finished, but i iwant a rate on the design

please tell me how i could make it better!

I've been playing runescape since the summer.

Firefox 1.5 didn't prevent me from viewing the site, and no pop-ups either. The problem with your site is obviously the frames, but I guess you need frames for the framed redirect from the site that's actually hosting your content to the .tk domain. Nothing wrong with it.

There's too much animation going on. The e-mail skeleton, rotating sword, fire in the top frame and scrolling words. Too much animation on one page is very annoying. The top frame has a little bit of scroll which is unnecessary. Try to make it so it so it doesn't need to scroll; same thing for the left frame, make the width/height big enough so the frames don't have to scroll.

The black text on the reddish background makes it hard to read, and the text is to big. Try to make the backgrounds for the different frames one consistent color because right now they look awkward and don't really make the site aesthetically appealing.

The text on the tables pages is hard to read because of the background color. I actually like the color combination of the forum and if you can reproduce it over the rest of your site it might actually work. Didn't look at the code much, but I saw that you're using tables for layout and some outdated tags like <font>. But, since you're using frames you probably don't care much for accessibility.

I don't like the frames, get rid of them. Replace with either Tables or DIV's. Also, the navigation is way too confusing, I have no idea where I am going on that site! It's a very good idea, just put some more work into making it easy to navigate and enjoy.
