"tab control" appearance

The attached code, which I got from the microsoft website, is supposed to simulate a tab control using DHTML, and it works great except I can't get the appearance to really look exactly like a tab control. There should be a border extending from the last tab to the right edge. Also, the right edge border extends up too far.

Does anyone know how to get the right effect?
