Page refresh returns to home page

Hi,

I wonder if anyone can help me please ?

I have a small site with only a few pages and used Frontpage to create it.

I have a problem when any page is refreshed it always returns to the home page. I have attempted various things, but am a complete novice and can't fathom it out.

Any help would be appreciated. :)

Cant do much wihout a link to your site or some code to look at. I suspec you may be using frames, and that is why it doesnt store the current location, Does the URL change when the page is changed?

Hi abz thanx for your reply.

The url to my site is http://www.assegaiic.co.uk/index.html

Just follow any hyperlink on the home page...do a refresh and it takes you back to the home page.

Opps sorry

I think I may have discovered the problem. I have URL forwarding and have it set to reference the webspace instead of pointing it to my index.html file.

Oh dear I'm making a hash of this.

If I access my website using

http://www.assegaiic.co.uk/index.html the refresh page works ok but changes the url to where it is hosted.

if I just type http://www.assegaiic.co.uk it retains the domain name but the page refresh returns back to the home page
