Browser compatiability

I am having trouble setting http://users.erols.com/pritmarora/
and visited sites compatiable to "ALL" of Netscape and IE 3-5. Can anyone help me? At the vey minimum, I want compatiability to IE 4 AND ABOVE, and Netscape 4 AND ABOVE.
