Now I'm not a member of any of those sites but from what I understand is that it's basicly not much different than early geocities type sites.
Except for the major business that also comes from peoples lack of html knowledge who need templates.
To try and create a site like the ones you mentioned your going to have to spend some money. I highly doubt your going to find any type of free software to create the same thing.

I dint want any software, becoz it cannot make that what i want. itz wrk limited!
I wanted that like full codes-structure so that i can get an idea to make community my way. Thatz why i said, free.

Thatz why i said, free.MySpace is a big site, with some seriously complex structure to it, you aren't going to find anything like it gratis or libre. You could start by hacking up something like eGroupWare (http://www.egroupware.org/), but it would be far from a trivial project.
By the way, that is, abbreviates to that's, not thatz.

eGroupWare does that. To begin hacking it you'll need a good understanding of PHP and a reasonable understanding of MySQL, as well as (x)HTML and CSS, obviously.
