Which program is the best for web site building
Dreamweaver, GoLive, Frontpage...etc?

I use UltraEdit-32 (http://www.ultraedit.com)... It's perfect for HTML, PHP, Javascirpt, CSS, etc... That is, in case you don't want a WYSIWYG editor...

What exactly are you looking for? They are all good, if they werent, you wouldn't have heard of them. Do you want visually aided interface (wysiwig), a program that you can just type code into? What kind of price range?

A lot of it is personal preferance. I always thought I prefered to handcode in TextPad, but recently discovered that if you turn all the options off on Dreamweaver, you can use it like a supped up version of textPad :D
