Video Presentation ??

Hi,

I need to do a video presentation with lots of stuff that i can ad does someone know a good program to do that ???? :

- Images like .jpg , .gif etc....
- Videos like .avi ; .mpeg
- Sounds like .mp3 , .wav
- ad text, titles etc...that moves....
- it must ad transitions between images & videos ..

does most of that. (I'm not sure about the animated titles, that's all)
