Classified Script?!?!

Looking for a free script, PHP, Perl, CGI, etc, for having sort of like a classified ad section. I need as much visual customization as possible, although I do understand that my options are limited due to my desire of a "free" solution.

Basically, I would have the categories preset, and then people can add to it at will. Not sure if this is the correct forum to post this to.

Any help, or redirection to another forum would be greatly appreciated.
