want to host clone of you tube and my space

I want to host clones of these 2 sites at which server I should host. I searched sevaral hosting companies but it is too costly 150$ per month for 5 gb space . Can you suggest me any cheaper hosting company who have the ffmpeg features.

Why do you want to colone those to sites? I dont think theyd want you doing that...

I have scripts of both sites. I installed it at my server but as this server is not permitting ffmpeg - so its video streaming is not functioning. So why I am searching other hosting company who supports ffmpeg and cheaper too.
