Please review, performing arts charity site

I was wondering if people could give me feedback about a site I've recently revamped. It's a local childrens' charity called Peppercorns Performing Arts.

It looks quite good. The home page seems a little short for its width on my 1280x1024 screen, it just seems a little odd. I like the whole top banner but I suggest you add CSS rollover styles to the navigational links.

one thing that might help the overall look is too give yourself more margin eg. 20pixels in from the left, right, top and bottom of your whitespace.

also, you have used a funky border on your pic on the homepage? consistency in how you treat graphics can give a pleasing look.

otherwise good job. there is a lot of useful content for visitors to go through.
