Flash templates

If I were to purchase or obtain flash templates how do I code to make them fit into my particular website.

What tools do I need?
How do I create the HMTL?
Where do I see the HTML of this particular template?

"Customize" the template is what I'm trying to say.

Depends on the template. Some flash templates have like a flash header and thats it. Some are full flash. Most full flash templates have configuration files so you will never really have to know flash. Same goes for the templates with flash headers.
