Property Development site - please review

one area i am concerned with is the registration page - is it too hidden?

hmm... that's right where I use to work in downtown phx. the site really gives a good perspective on the elegance of the condos, considering the less elegant city. makes me want to look into moving downtown ;). the site seems to match the modern design of the structures very well. the only problems I see are the splash page (which is better than most I’ve seen), which most visitors don't always enjoy, and the drop down links cursor should display a pointer cursor, not a text cursor.

p.s. if you are worried about the registration page being hidden, I would move the "Register" link above the "Contact details" link in the dropdown for the "Contact us" link, and then make the registration page default when the user clicks the main "contact us" link. Does that make sense??

personally the city looks very flat - but that is me saying this from across the other side of the world - haha!

thanks for the review i will apply a style to the links to change to the pointer. one thing we might look at doing is making the register page look a little less 'intimidating'.
