Are you actually looking for critique or are you just site pimping?

I completely dislike the navigation menu. You have a dot looking thing on the wrong line:
the Contact Us line. I also do not like the navigational colors, it is too hard to read ontop of the tree.

In that case...
I'd drop your frameset. Framesets make it difficult for search engines to crawl your site, reduce accessibility and, in the case of this particular site, cause scrollbars to appear everywhere when viewed on a lower resolution screen (800x600). Instead, it's very easy to make a template page with the header and the menu in place and just copy and paste the content for that page into this template for each page.
When I view the site in IE6 I see a large white space to the right of the main content frame, but it's not there in FireFox.
The background of the nav bar in the left is also too dark, it makes the navigation items difficult to read.
On the plus side, this site is instantly recognisable as a WoW site.

well, the blank space is on purpose sorry, is that i wanted to put sponsored links and you know...earn $$$. About the bckground on the left maybe my computer brightnes is high so i see it normal. Some guy told me that but he told me to change the index links color. And abot the scrolls, ill fix it making the scrolling=no thingy. And about the copy pasting thing, um thats exactly why i use framesets, because there are people with low conection or **** so if the page didnt have frames, it would load again and again so..

I'm not sure how open to this critique you actually are ;)

No it wouldn't as once the images have loaded once they stay in the browsers cache, every time you go to a new page that uses the same images the images load from the computer's HD instead of having to be downloaded from the server again. All web designers would be using framesets if what you said were true, but if you look around any professional site you'll see that very few of them actually do.
Have a look at this site of mine - http://www.controlpc.co.uk - it's no shining example of a fantastic website as it is several years old now and receives no regular updates, but it will show you what I mean. Notice how the images in the top banner only have to load once on first accessing the site? As you go beyond the first page they appear instantly as they are being loaded from cache. Same with the PC images on the first page, if you go to the solutions page the same images are used except this time they appear instantly.
You can turn frameset scrolling off but this may stop people with small resolutions from accessing some of your content, the scrollbars are appearing for a reason.
Another thing to remember is that your site is indeed targeted at WoW players, remembering that WoW is a MMORPG, the majority of people interested in the site are going to be people who play the game online. I know of very few WoW players with a 56k connection. I'm not saying keeping download size to a minimum is a bad thing, just that with your target audience this is less of a concern.

Lol, Warcraft III is an RTS, It was launched actually a few years before wow. And yes, i know, usually online players dont have bad conections, and thanks for clearing up my mind about the HD cache. I thought that the images loaded and loaded because sometimes when i click on a link for example in www.wc3sear.ch , computers load it all again, and those are the same images, maybe there is some kind of a cookie i dont know.
