I've been in business for three years and my name is all over the net.
So My falt for not registering my domain name Some one in India registered ewastenorthwest.com and it doesn't go to any websight. I think it's one of those. Hay I got your name and if you want it pay me lot's of money scams. Now what? Is there a way to add code to my web page that reverts people to ewastenorthwest.net. I just purchased this domain name and I don't know anything about HTML.

There isn't anything you can do other than contact him and ask to buy it. When you contact him I would downplay your interest as that will drive the price up.

I was asked to do a similar recovery about 5 yrs ago. The poacher snatched up the 8 letter domain name and demanded $25k for it's safe return. A colorful screaming match ensued between them for a couple of weeks and the name was considered lost.

I made a call a few weeks later, posing as a web tech doing volunteer work for a small charity that had a newsletter with the same name, and would really like to have the name if possible.

Didn't get the name for free, but knocked his expectations down from thousands of dollars down to hundreds.

Honest... not a bit... but then again, neither was speculating on Web estate... especially by pouncing on a url five minutes after it expired.

Good luck !

Actually, it's owned by a company in Charlestown, West Indies, not India.
