Hi -
I'm thinking about making my website for registered users only and as far as making the login etc - I'm currently not worried. My issue comes with the fact I want to have a message board included in my site but I don't particularly want to even think about creating my message board so I will probably use someing like phpbb. However I don't want the user to have to login twice. Once for the site and then once for the message board.
What I was thinking of doing is putting no restrictions on the message board so that anyone can post etc and then placing the message board in the registered part of the site (if this is possible/will work). My knowledge of php/sql is pretty basic and I just need to know if someone else has had an issue like this and how did they go about resolving it???? I don't want to spend ages trying to implement it only to find out it wont work. Or spend ages worrying about it and finding out there was nothing to worry about, I'm just thinking about it wrong
If anyone can offer advice it would be ever so much appreciated :)
