well after using the to do list thing, i wanted to try something different, does anyone know a good like the to do list code, yet has multiple fields, and it is in a form instead of in a pop up thing, if anyone has found one please, tell me, or if anyone would kindly edit the to do list code into just a form it would really appreciate it.
