I'm just beginning to work with Layers, and I've run into something that curious.

I have a header - and I've placed two small photos with layers, a little below and overlapping the header. The small photos remain in a static position, but the header moves around depending upon the size of the window. Somehow I now must have that table header static.

If one heads to www.allsaintsmelfort.ca (http://www.allsaintsmelfort.ca) and if move your browser window a bit you'll notice that the two small photos remain in the same position, but the header moves.

Layers are marvellous but I'm not sure if I can overlap a table. Any ideas ?

When I look at your linked site, the two small photos are actually one graphic combined with the header graphic - there are no layers.......

Actually Centauri I was in a bit of a rush and waited a while and had no response.

The Problem was a div positioning tag - rather than <center> the tag had to reflect a static number aligned left of the margin. My CSS is not up to snuff and now I've learned a property regarding layers.

Thanks for responding.
