CAPTCHA problem

Hello, all -

I am using Bokeh's CAPTCHA with audio script and it is fantastic. I am having a slight problem, however. A very few people have contacted me saying that even when they put in the correct code it, gives them the incorrect code error. It is a VERY small percentage of users - 3 out of over 6,000 - and they are all using Windows XP on PCs, 2 with IE6 and 1 with Firefox. Is it possible that they have some setting enabled or disabled on their computer/browser that is causing problems with the script? I am at a loss.

How old is the version you are using?

I downloaded the script from the link on your signature on 8/22/06. Like I said, it's worked great except for those 3 folks!

It would be hard to give you a relevant answer without some data to duplicate the error condition.
