I'm not the type to go in and validate your code etc, I'm sure others will, I tend to focus more on usability and design and in this regard your site looks good.
The top banner I'm not completely sold on, though. The computer graphic and all the white flowing curves around it look too compressed. Obviously this is to keep the Flash file size down but Flash isn't the best at optimising bitmaps. It's also a fixed width, so viewed on my 1280x1024 res the banner sits to the left and there's now a blank spot to its right, although it looks fine in 1024x768. Rather than rework a top banner, I recommend you restrict the site's main content section to the width of the banner and centre align the whole site. Again, this works for 1024x768 but something you've done stops it working for 1280x1024. No scrolling on 800x600, excellent.
My only other comment on design would be that the navigation on the left uses pretty small text while the main content's text is bigger. I'd expect the navigation to have at least the same font size considering its importance in accessibility.
Looking at your code, it's nice in this day and age to use CSS controlled DIVs for layout over tables but this would require a complete re-design of your site, though. A project to consider in the future perhaps? When I was making the transition from table design to CSS design I took one of my table based sites and converted it to CSS as my first project - it's easier than starting a CSS design from scratch as you don't have to worry about the design aspect, just getting the code right.
