How do I create flash movies/intros for my website?

hi, are their any programs that are for beginners or intermediates that allows for the creation of flash movies/intros, if not are there any programs at all?

Well you have Flash 8 which really isn't for beginners. Its pretty pricy too. I heard SwishMAX is pretty user friendly. Little cheaper than Flash. I guess it depends on what you want to do.
