just made new site of funny cats videos and i want to know your opinion about it.

I love cats! That's heaven you created, not just a website! Kudos!
On the design side though, I see some things that can be corrected. Move the top header line to the vertical middle of the picture with the cat and the dog. Top Google ads are quite obtrusive where you placed them, they do wrong to the site I believe. move them a bit downwards or try to integrate them between the categories. And of course language selection should be padded away from the margins of the outer box. Moving it to the top I think would help.
