im looking for the coding that makes one hyperlink target four different frames.

This is just one of the reasons that people eschew frames.

You need to make a new frameset just like the one you have but with the new URLs. Then link to this new frameset. If you have a great number of links like this then you make a simple little script that runs on the server and you call this script with your link.
