Form to Mail Config probs

can anyone tell me where I can get hold of a form to Mail CGI script that can be configured to accept data from a form on any server. I am currently using FormMail from Matts Script Archive but when I try to configure it, it doesn't like the fact the one of the URL's has a "-" in.

say the URL I am trying to add is www.random-address.com

it sends back the error

please add 'www.random' to your 'referrals' (or recipients)

is there a work around for adding hyphens in Perl (ie: putting it in quotes or something)

thank you, can this be configured to send emails to 2 seperate email addresses and add additional text to the email?
