Checkbox not staying checked

I have a form with a dynamic checkbox and an Update Record server behavior. When I check the box, submit the form, and come back to the page again, it's not checked anymore. All the other fields like text fields and list/menus work.

I'm Using Dreamweaver/ASP/MicroSoft Access.
