select RESOLVED thread

i suggest for every thread that submitted, any body who send the thread must confirm that his thread has been resolved.
so everyone in forum can view all resolved threads and learn it

We cannot force anyone to do anything.

The option is there for the creator of the thread and moderators to mark the thread resolved, it's just that not everyone uses it.
