Horizontal Drop-Down Menus

Does anyone know where I can find a tutorial on how to make a horizontal drop-down menu using CSS?

Or DHTML? I went to the Yabbforums that I found in one of the other threads. But I just want something like that. For some reason, the edit icon is not at the top of my browser will all the other ones, so I dont really know whats used.

What editor are you using? (some have a built in feature)
