I've been around for awhile doing mostly print and video ads, but with the way the market is going, everyone wants web. I have been aproached by a few people to make websites on the side, but most of them want an upfront price. The company I work for doens't even consider a price until after 2 meeting with the client, and a proper mockup of what they beleive is the clients need.
Now I am not a web design company, but I do want to be as fair, and proffesional as possible. Is there any good resources to find a price range for making websites, just to get an idea of where the market stands?
