I think that it is cool what they can do to people on a computer. If you don't know what I mean... Watch it.

Really goes to show how people are self obsessed about image. I really dont see how one can gain self esteme by letting someone telling you that unless you use our product, your ugly... thats all that adverts for cosmetics and beauty products are saying to you.

It's called marketing.

I used to work in film but am still on the fringe of the film business since my son is now a professional actor, as was my cousins daughter. You would not believe what we have to go through.

Yeah, -saw that a few weeks ago. And it was featured recently on an early morning CNN article.
-I personally think that the young woman is far more attractive in the 'before' image, and a bit repulsive in the 'after' image. Like, -if she sneezes her entire face will fall off or something...

A pretty good transformation. I think I saw this in the paper, but I don't really believe in caking yourself in cosmetics to improve your look. You should be yourself. :)

Lol. Should I feel bad my one though was trying to recreate it in Photoshop?

Oh, also, hi again.

Dove isn't trying to change the world. I guarantee you that they don't care. They are trying to tug at the heart strings of people by addressing a volatile issue and doing so in a way that makes them look like the good guy and inspires trust and a sense of connection.

In that sense I think it is a very effective ad. It makes people feel and gets people talking. We are currently marketing dove products. They got us.

I thought the Dove parody (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n-uKQGAwPcI&NR) was far more interesting.
