Help!!!!! dhtml menue in framed page

hi anyone able to help me i downloaded a programe to help me insert dhtml menues on my site but my site is a frame page. i have the source code for the menue wich is editable. can anyone tell me how to make it so that i can use the menue without it screwing up when i click on a link :confused:
