Hi,

I'm making a website and I know how to link two frames so that when you click on the link in one frame, it targets the second frame and whatever page designated from that link will appear in the second frame instead of the first (usually upper navigation-like frame).

However, I want to make it so that when you click on a link, BOTH frames disappear and become one again. I would appreciate any advice or knowledge you can give. Thank you!

Sincerely,
Kim

may I ask why you have opted to use frames at all? Is it really necessary given the problems that they cause?

I found the answer already. Just target the frame to "_top", it eliminates all frames. if you have an alternative to frames, please enlighten me.
