I am still getting started in web design and am doing a few sites for fun. I have done a site for my schools robotics team and am not sure of a few things. For one im not sure if it needs more images to spice it up. also, i am not sure weather to stick with the frame design that it currently has, or to go a design with the banner and menu on each page. its not finished yet, but a few of the pages are opperational.

please let me know your thoughts. thanks.

Really messed up in Firefox. Definately a no go with the frames. As I'm too lazy to explain it, here's the first link from google why frames are bad. (http://www.karlcore.com/articles/article.php?id=2)

- Please proofread your text
- Get rid of the scrolling text
- The Members table is a mess; the alignment/spacing are off
- Some of the links do not work
- Nice banner image

As to frames, they are one of the "dinosaurs" of web design. If you don't mind having a layout that's circa the early 1990's, go ahead and stick with them. However, frames cause many usability problems; namely bookmarking your website and search engine indexing.
